Preparing  Your Home For A Photo Shoot

The photo shoot will take approximately an hour and a half, usually less for homes under 2500 Sq. Ft.
I will photograph the inside and outside of your home and I will take pictures of all the major areas of your home.
Here are some tips to get your home ready for your photography session:
  • Check all lightbulbs and replace if needed.
  • Contain pets in the garage, or out of sight.
  • Remove all vehicles from the driveway and do not park directly in front of the house.
  • Move garbage cans and outdoor hoses out of sight. (Indoor garbage cans also)
  • Sweep driveways, sidewalks, and patio.
  • Remove photos, notes, papers or any personal information lying around or on the refrigerator.
  • Clear off counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms.
  • Remove piles of newspapers or magazines.
  • Declutter rooms.
The homeowner or someone authorized by the homeowner needs to be present during the photo shoot. My goal is to provide quality photos that will present the home to be ready for sale. The photos taken will include the kitchen, living room/family room, dining room, master bedroom, master bath and bedrooms. Other rooms such as a powder room or laundry room will not be included, unless specified by the seller. Exterior shots of the front and back of the house are standard.
A Summit360 Interactive Media Tour can consist of 360 degree panoramic tours as well as still images and will be posted to the main realty websites. The photos will be edited and optimized for quality and delivered to your realtor withing 24 hours on business days. You may request a CD for your records for an additional fee.
Any usage of the photos by a third party, including but not limited to architects, builders, real estate agents, sellers or buyers is prohibited unless approved in writing by the photographer.
